OBJECTIVE OF POSITIONWe are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for managing Durabuilt’s online presence, executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online visibility, and leveraging data analytics to drive engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing strategies. This role requires managing multiple brands under the Durabuilt umbrella and effectively executing marketing strategies across multiple audiences.SKILLS FOR SUCCESSTechnical Skills : Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.Experience with website CMS platforms (e.G., WordPress, Webflow) and marketing automation tools (e.G., Salesforce, Mailchimp).Strong knowledge of paid advertising, social media marketing, and conversion optimization.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other graphic design tools.Ability to build and design websites from scratch.Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Key Competencies : Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.Adaptability to evolving digital trends and technologies.Ability to manage marketing efforts across multiple brands and audiences.ACCOUNTABILITIESDigital Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.End-to-end lead generation, including audience targeting, creative asset development, deployment, landing page creation, form connectivity, tracking, and biweekly reporting. This also includes full funnel management to optimize lead conversion.Ensure digital marketing efforts align with brand positioning across multiple brands under Durabuilt.SEO & Website Management : Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic.Build and design websites, ensuring optimal user experience and performance.Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance website UX and functionality.Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and other tools.Paid Advertising & PPC : Plan and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.Track and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.Conduct A / B testing to improve ad performance and targeting.Social Media & Content Marketing : Manage Durabuilt’s online presence across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.Create engaging content and implement strategies to increase audience engagement.Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns.Monitor trends and stay updated on industry best practices.Email Marketing & CRM Management : Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.Segment audiences and personalize email communications for better engagement.Utilize CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce) for lead management and automation.Graphic Design & Visual Content : Design high-quality graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials.Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets and marketing materials.Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling visuals for campaigns and promotions.Analytics & Reporting : Track KPIs and provide insights on campaign performance.Generate reports on digital marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements.Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONEducation : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field..EXPERIENCE / CAPABILITIESExperience : Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environmentSEND US YOUR RESUME!Why Join Us?Work in a collaborative and innovative environment.Opportunity to drive meaningful impact through digital initiatives.Competitive salary, benefits package, and professional growth opportunities.How to Apply : If you’re a digital marketing expert looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact at one of Canada’s leading window and door manufacturers, we’d love to hear from you.
