We’re looking for a visionary  Creative Director  to lead our advertising campaigns, drive creative excellence, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.

Role Overview

As the  Creative Director , you will be responsible for shaping and executing groundbreaking advertising campaigns for Envision Advisory and our clients. You will oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring all deliverables are compelling, innovative, and aligned with our clients’ business goals. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, leadership skills, and the ability to push creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the creative direction for advertising campaigns across digital, print, social, and experiential platforms.
  • Develop bold, innovative, and trendsetting concepts that align with client objectives and industry trends.
  • Oversee branding, messaging, and storytelling to ensure campaigns are emotionally resonant and commercially effective.
  • Ensure all creative work is of the highest standard, delivering measurable impact for clients.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creative professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers, strategists, and media teams to align creative vision with business goals.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence within the creative team.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to elevate the quality of work across all projects.

    • Client Engagement & Business Growth

  • Lead creative presentations and pitches to prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their brand vision and deliver outstanding results.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to inform creative strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for creative growth and new service offerings within the agency.

    • Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of successful advertising campaigns and creative work.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and brand storytelling.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, advertising trends, and emerging technologies.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with both B2B and B2C campaigns.
  • Knowledge of data-driven marketing strategies and performance-based creative approaches.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Background in experiential marketing and offline activations is a plus.
