Key Responsibilities :

Our top Financial Services client is seeking a QA Engineer for their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of business applications built on the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans for applications utilizing Power Apps, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for applications and workflows.
  • Validate data integrity, security, and performance across Dataverse and SharePoint-based solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC regulations by verifying data handling, workflows, and user access.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or HP ALM.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
  • Automate testing where applicable using Power Automate, Selenium, or other testing frameworks.
  • Conduct performance testing for Power Apps and Dataverse integrations.
  • Support production releases by performing post-deployment validation and monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in QA testing with a focus on Power Apps, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC processes, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform testing including Power Automate workflows.
  • Understanding of Dataverse data models, security roles, and business rules.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries to validate data integrity within Dataverse.
  • Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or HP ALM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with business and technical teams.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with automation testing tools for Power Apps and SharePoint-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman to validate integrations.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of financial services, AML, and risk management regulations related to KYC.
