PositionOverview :
We are lookingfor an experienced Personal Injury Law Clerk tomanage personal injury cases from inception to settlement. Thisrole requires a strong understanding of legal procedures excellentorganizational skills and the ability to handle multiple casesefficiently.
You will be responsible for preparing legal documentscoordinating medical records corresponding with clients andsupporting lawyers in all stages oflitigation.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Draftand file legal documents including pleadings motions affidavits anddiscovery requests.
- Manage casefiles maintain client contact and update file statusregularly.
- Organize and reviewmedical reports accident benefits forms and expert witnessdocumentation.
- Liaise with insurancecompanies medical professionals and other legalparties.
- Support lawyers inpreparing for trials mediations andsettlements.
Qualifications :
- LawClerk diploma or relevantcertification.
- Strongattention to detail organization and time managementskills.
- Excellent written and verbalcommunication.
