LeverageTek is actively seeking a Bilingual SharePoint Online Administrator for an 8-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.
Work Location
The successful candidate will be required to work 1-2x / week on-site at the customer headquarters in Ottawa, ON.
Language Requirements
Bilingual in French and English essential.
Security Requirement
Must have a Government of Secret Level II Clearance.
Key Tasks
- The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining our SharePoint Online environment, ensuring efficient collaboration and information sharing across the organization
- Manage and maintain the SharePoint Online environment, including site creation, permissions management, and content management
- Ensure the security and compliance of SharePoint Online through the implementation and management of Microsoft Purview
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Provide end-user support and training as needed
- Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services
- Develop and maintain documentation related to SharePoint Online configurations and procedures
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a SharePoint Online Administrator
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online configuration, management, and best practices
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and its application in ensuring security and compliance
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune
- Experience with other Microsoft 365 services
