We are looking to add an experienced Salesforce System Administrator to the growing Revenue Operations Team, here at Percona, to support the administration and architecture efforts in Salesforce and related applications.
You will partner with business leadership to optimize, customize, and design the org configuration to meet the needs of the business based on industry best practices.
As our Salesforce System Administrator, you will help manage our CRM and related systems and be part of a team for day-to-day Salesforce support.
This position will support improving the technology infrastructure while minimizing the disruption to the end user.
What You Will Do
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup / deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) : Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom metadata types, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Sandbox environment management.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
- Support create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders (Well Architected).
- Execute data management strategies to improve data quality, implement rules and automation as needed.
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
- User support tickets, and technical documentation.
- Monitor and improve user adoption.
- New user and ongoing user training.
- Identify areas of improvement and correlate them to the sales cycle.
- Support Salesforce integrations with other applications including but not limited to HubSpot, Intacct, and ServiceNow.
- Evaluate new Salesforce releases and applications, lead plans for their implementation, and remain current with Salesforce administration best practices.
- Partners with developers and vendors to ensure business requirements are fully implemented, thorough testing is complete and system quality maintained.
What You Have Done
- 2+ years experience within the software, technology, or XaaS industries.
- 2+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Administrator Certification(s), with Salesforce Advanced Administrator preferred.
- Experience implementing, configuring and / or administering out of the box integrations with Salesforce.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and make recommendations to align with industry and system best practices.
- Proficient utilizing Salesforce Sandbox for change management (deep understanding of SDLC) Familiarity with Force.
- Experience as the Salesforce expert relative to area of responsibilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, fully virtual work environment.
- Strong organizational capabilities and ability to manage multiple time-critical projects (Agile methodology)Self-starter who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of projects and processes.
- Proficient and excellent English written and verbal skills.
