They areseeking a Chief Operations Officer(COO) to join their leadership team and overseetheir daytoday operations as they continue to scaleglobally.
The ideal candidate is an experiencedoperations professional with a passion for process improvement andscaling businesses.
You will work directly with the CEO and other executives to manageinternal operations and ensure the firms operational infrastructuresupports rapid growth.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations including humanresources technologyinfrastructure legalcompliance and administration .
- Lead the implementation of operational systems tostreamline efficiency and support deal flow.
- Manage the firms financial legal and operationalresources to support capital raising and client acquisition .
- Oversee budgeting planning and resource allocation toensure optimal performance.
- Work closely withthe leadership team to identify and address any operationalbottlenecks.
KeyQualifications :
- 8 years of experience in operations management preferablywithin a financial services or investment firm.
- Proven ability to lead processoptimization technologyimplementations and crossfunctionalteams .
- Strong background infinancial operations regulatory compliance and legalstructuring.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with theability to operate in a highgrowth fastpacedenvironment.
CompensationStructure :
- Deferred Compensation : Competitive salary deferred over the first 12 months based on thefirms growth milestones.

InvestmentRequirement :
