Agilus is recruiting for an Office Manager in the Construction Industry in Victoria, British Columbia.
A typical day :
- Answer phones / greet clients
- Take meeting minutes
- Responsible for office supplies, mail and couriers
- Book meeting rooms and order catering
- Generate POs, code and approve
- Liaise with cleaners, security and property management company
Successful candidates will have :
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 2+ years of previous Office Management experience + Diploma / Degree in Business Administration
- Self directed with initiative, organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work on own and within a team environment
