About the Opportunity

• Build out financial budgets, models and business partner across the organization
• Creation of departmental budgets alongside leaders within the organization
• Build out and conduct analysis on business cases within the organization
• Ensure timely preparation, enhancement, analysis, and distribution of monthly financial reporting packages
• Develop, present, and track departmental budgets
• Analyzes cost center detail and explain variances
• Prepare and update cash flow projections
• Create other forecasts and trend analyses, relating to the current business products, future and prospective initiatives, and changing trends in the Insurance market
• Provide advice and guidance to the Controller, VP of Finance & Administration, and all internal departments as necessary
• Continue to improve the measurement and reporting of KPI’s
• Complete senior level year-end audit tasks including the development and reconciliation of supporting working papers
• Set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage demands individually
• Perform all other job-related tasks or special projects as directed

About You

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, and financial model ling
• Previous experience strongly desired in budgeting, forecasting, modelling and financial analysis
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications

Salary Range

$85,000 - $90,000 / year
