Our client, an amazing boutique accounting firm, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- MAnaging packages and office errands
- Managing banking and post office tasks
- Kitchen upkeep
- Distributing mail and managing daily mailings
- Assist with tax return assembly during peak seasons (training provided)
- Internal AR & AP support
- Support on company projects
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role, specifically in a professional setting
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft suite
- A willingness to learn or previous experience with tools like DocuSign and tax software
- Comfort with technology
- A team player with a friendly and collaborative approach
- Able to work 100% in office
- Proficiency in both French and English
