Weare seeking a Bilingual Medical Office Administrator for our clientin the insurance industry. This role provides essentialadministrative support to the National Group Disabilityorganization and works closely with various stakeholders includingCase Managers Medical Consultants Lawyers Plan Sponsors and PlanMembers.
The position offers the flexibility of working from homewith candidates required to be based in Ontario orQuebec.

Responsibilities :
Process Access Requests ensuring accurate identification ofrequired information and authority beforedissemination.
Review documentsmeticulously to redact thirdparty information preventing privacybreaches.
Refer privacy breachincidents to the leader for resolution andreporting.
Manage multiple groupemail inboxes.
Set up disabilityclaims and manage claimfollowups.
Handle client andcontrol reports.
Issue paymentsfor vendor invoices.
Enter datafrom claim forms into the claims payment system(Navigator).
Send correspondenceto claimants clients and stakeholders via email or physical mailensuring privacy protocols arefollowed.
Track search andretrieve offsite files.
Handlemedia files.
Assist with newclient onboarding and filetransfers.
Coordinate ITequipment and access for new hires including support for existingemployees.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Postsecondary education (college or university level) ispreferred.
Bilingual proficiencyin English and French (spoken and written) to communicate with bothEnglishspeaking and Frenchspeakingclients.
Strong PC skillsincluding experience with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suiteparticularly Word and Excel.
Dataentry experience (Navigator claimssystem).
Strong attention todetail and accuracy especially in data entrytasks.
Ability to adapt to highworkloads and conflictingdeadlines.
Familiarity withmedical terminology is an asset.
Prior insurance industry experience is aplus.
Tact and diplomacy with theability to work independently and as part of ateam.
Fast learner with stronganalytical organizational and planningabilities.
