Position : Senior accounts Payable clerk

Schedule : 37.5 hours per week

3 month contract with strong possibility of permanence ( TEMP TO PERM )

Salary : 55K-65K

Location : Saint-Laurent - Hybrid work environment 3 days in office after training

SUMMARY OF DUTIES :

As the senior accounts payable clerk, you will be responsible for the AP cycle, invoicingm,data entry, processing of invoices with purchase orders, reconciliations and more!

Responsibilities

• Complete accounts payable cycle
• Billing with PO
• Inter-company transactions
• Multi-currency
• Invoice data entry;
• Processing of supplier invoices;
• Answering supplier payment queries;
• Reconciliation of supplier statements;
• Perform other general tasks for the smooth functioning of the department

Qualifications

• DEC, AEC, DEP in accounting or administration
• Strong English / communication skills
• Bilingualism
• Experience with accounting software INFOR, PowerLink / Mapics / AS400 an asset;
• Intermediate level Excel
• Good attention to detail
