YOUR ROLE : Your main responsibilities will be to : Analyze, draft and revise various legal documents (deeds of sale, financing, co-ownership, leases, etc.
- Meet with customers and issue legal opinions, particularly in real estate matters;Examine residential and commercial real estate titles;
- Publish deeds and receive signatures. SKILLS REQUIRED : Bachelor's degree in Law ;Member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec;
- Experience in Real Estate Law;Experience in Co-ownership Law (an asset);Excellent oral and written bilingualism (French and English);
