Our client, a recognized law firm with beautiful offices in downtown Montreal, is looking for an experienced notary wishing to take its real estate practice to the next level.
YOUR ROLE : Manage real estate financing and sale files;Manage commercial real estate transactions;Drafting deeds of sale, mortgage deeds, contracts, etc.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients;Set up financing with external parties to facilitate transactions.
SKILLS REQUIRED : Bachelor's degree in law and a Master of Laws in Notarial Law;Be a member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec;
Have approximately 5 to 10 years of professional experience as a notary in the real estate sector in private practice;Knowledge of real estate law, commercial law, contract law, etc.
