What You'll Do
- Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Source New Jobs and clients to work with
- Source potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule on-site interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or 1- 3 years of experience recruiting
- Strong computer skills with proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Great attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual, English and French
- Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Positive outlook and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued
- Familiarity with BULLHORN ATS and / or ability to learn new ATS software
- Fashion apparel experience a plus
- Opportunities for occasional remote work will be available after successful training of six months
