- Establish strategies for finding and attracting talent from the legal community in conjunction with the talent search advisors;
- Identify contacts for clients (litigation, law firms, organizations, etc.);Communicate with candidates and understand their needs;
- Accompany candidates towards new opportunities;Carry out searches in our database and on the various application platforms;
Participate in the creation of marketing content and talent attraction;Maintain positive relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
- SKILLS REQUIRED : Member of the Quebec Bar;Knowledge of the legal environment;Knowledge of the business scene (an asset);
- Experience in human resources, staffing, recruitment, sales (an asset); Excellent communication skills in French, both written and oral, and knowledge of English;
Comfortable with technological tools and the use of software;Dynamism, efficiency, collaborative approach and team spirit.
