  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors and tradespeople.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
  • Keep accurate records of project expenses, materials, and manpower utilization.
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an ICI Superintendent, managing institutional developments.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of LEED certification and sustainable building practices preferred.
  • Gold Seal certification or equivalent credentials highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
