We are looking for a Asset Management Analyst to join BrokerLink and work in our Ontario, Alberta or Atlantic regions. On a

  • Permanent FT
  • Basis.

What the Role Entails :

  • Procure technology-related hardware, software, and services.
  • Track the placement of I.T. assets throughout the enterprise.
  • Track digital assets, such as product licenses, internet domain names, voice & data circuits and network, telecom and internet services.

Facilitates renewals where applicable.

  • Create and maintain documentation including company hardware standards and SOP’s.
  • Assist with hardware and software product research, evaluation, and procurement.
  • Coordinate activities with employees, network providers, vendors, and other support staff.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.

The Successful candidate will have :

  • University Degree or College Diploma in related discipline or applicable professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of technology-related hardware, software, and licensing.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and management.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and database management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Team player, self-starter, and ability to think and resolve issues independently.
