Our client in the professional services sector is seeking a contract based Senior Business analyst with expertise in D365 F&O, SCM, and e-Commerce integrations.

Responsibilities :
- Requirement Gathering and Documentation : Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Business Process Design : Collaborate with business users to discuss and design business processes within the D365 application.
- Functional Design Documentation : Prepare comprehensive functional design documents and communicate effectively with the technical team for implementation.
- Functional Testing and User Support : Conduct functional testing, support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide assistance throughout the testing phase.
- D365 Application Support : Provide managed services support for the D365 application, addressing incidents, implementing new changes / enhancements, and ensuring smooth integration with other systems such as eCommerce platforms.
Requirements :
- 5+ years experience D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), especially in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Warehouse Management modules.
- Proven track record in integration projects, specifically with eCommerce systems.
- Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and business process design.
- Ability to prepare detailed functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for execution.
- Experience in conducting functional testing and supporting users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Demonstrated experience in D365 application support, including incident management and implementation of enhancements.
