What to expect in your role as a team member :
- Greets Guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments
- Prepares food in the kitchen as well as packages food and drink products
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining room, restroom & exterior.
- Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Check food quality and food temperature throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve
- Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
- Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
- Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the culture of Popeyes as well as our company Saisethsons Hospitality Group
Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional Guest experiences.
- Be able to work under pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining food safety standards.
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
- Be able to consistently lift or carry boxes (15lbs to 60lbs) for product preparation, stocking and inventory, working in cold environment as freezer / fridge.
- Consistently stand during serving guests and working at the front or kitchen.
- Have a strong work ethic, be punctual and responsible.
- Previous experience in guest service field is an asset.
- Have or pursuing a post-secondary diploma in Hospitality management or related fields is an asset but not required.
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
