Senior Unified Communications Specialist
Full time - Direct Hire
Our client is seeking a Senior Unified Communications Specialist to manage and support various Microsoft and collaboration technologies.
This role requires experience with Exchange, Teams, Intune, and Skype for Business, as well as a strong foundation in IT infrastructure and cloud computing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support AudioCodes devices, Polycom room systems, Exchange Online mailboxes, and OneDrive configurations
- Oversee Microsoft Defender alerts, mailbox hygiene, and spam filtering in collaboration with the Cyber team
- Administer Intune for mobile device management and endpoint security
- Maintain on-premise Exchange servers, including patches, updates, and disaster recovery planning
- Support and migrate Skype for Business to Teams, managing call queues, SIP trunks, and Teams channels
Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years' experience in collaboration tools and systems administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, O365, Intune, Exchange, and Teams
- Strong PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, TCP / IP, and SMTP
