We are currently seeking an Executive Business / Communications Support Specialist to join our team in Burnaby, remotely from within British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

As an Executive Business / Communications Support Specialist within our Knowledge Management and Communications Team , your mission will be to produce executive-level presentations, and client facing reports, business cases, case studies, that drive strategic decisions and innovation.

You will play a pivotal role in translating complex concepts and content into clear, impactful presentations, and reports.

What you'll do day-to-day -

• Create compelling presentations and client facing content using PowerPoint, combining data and graphic design principles to effectively communicate complex information
• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with various internal team leads to meet deadlines and ensure presentations, reports, and content meet corporate brand standards, expectations, and represent NTT DATA and / or our clients appropriately
• Design and build out high-quality creative assets for presentation slides and tools
• Support executive-led projects from concept to completion, incorporating feedback and managing timelines
• Partner with the communications lead to ensure messaging, writing supports visual concepts and executive direction / goals
• Coordinates and provides writing support for presentations, reports, proposals, including reviewing / editing content for clarity
• Managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a consulting role, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with larger consulting firms and / or organizations.
• Exceptional skills with creating Powerpoint Presentations, remorts and other digital content.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have a portfolio or past work examples to share.
• Experience or exposure to Digital Design and UI / UX Design would be beneficial.
• Experience or exposure coming from a Marketing environment producing visual content for reporting and sales pursuits would be nice to have.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but will accept relative industry experience in lieu of degree Note : In lieu of degree, we require 4+ years of relevant, proven experience.

• Deep understanding of MS Office 365 Suite and PowerPoint's features to enhance clarity, engagement, and persuasion in presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
