We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Sheet Metal and Ventilation Installers. This role involves the installation, fabrication, and handling of ventilation systems and sheet metal components in diverse residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
Installation Tasks :
- Perform installation of ductwork and ventilation systems in both residential and commercial buildings.
- Ensure precise fitting, alignment, and secure fastening of sheet metal components.
- Apply appropriate sealing techniques for efficient and effective system performance.
Fabrication and Handling :
- Fabricate, cut, and modify sheet metal parts based on project specifications and blueprints.
- Handle tools and equipment such as shears, brakes, and welding instruments to assemble components.
Project Adaptation :
- Adapt to varied project environments, including new construction sites, renovations, and retrofits.
- Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Problem Solving and Maintenance :
- Identify and troubleshoot installation challenges, making necessary adjustments to ensure functionality.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of ventilation systems as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
Technical Expertise :
- Proven knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, ventilation systems, or a related skilled trade.
- Familiarity with the use of measuring tools, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Journeyman ticket in sheet metal work (preferred but not required).
Experience :
Prior experience in commercial or residential HVAC, construction, or skilled trades is highly desirable.
