We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our team in Hamilton. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in sales support, learn from industry experts, and develop valuable skills that will drive your career forward.
You’ll work closely with our sales and client service teams, assisting with essential tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Communicate with clients to address inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
- Help organize and maintain sales documentation and tracking systems.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for strategy and growth.
- Attend occasional client meetings or industry events to represent Swift7 Consultants.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is a plus but not required.
