Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Communicate with clients to address inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
- Help organize and maintain sales documentation and tracking systems.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for strategy and growth.
- Attend occasional client meetings or industry events to represent Swift7 Consultants.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is a plus but not required.
