Our Federal Government client seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Information Management and Records Keeper. This is an immediate contract opportunity with an opportunity to continue the work in the next fiscal.

This is a remote position with a base location in the NCR.

Qualified candidates will be required to submit clearance, and references and certifications to be considered.

Advantages

The resource will be required to coordinate a number of activities for the onboarding of elements into the new tool which is the Network Monitoring, Awareness and Reporting tool.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Enterprise Network Tools Team to develop an onboarding schedule
  • Setup and coordinate meetings between Enterprise Network Tools SME and Network Operations / RSD SMEs for the onboarding of network elements into new tool.
  • Capture progress of onboarding elements for each partner and report back to project.
  • Capture issues / problems regarding onboarding for each partner and report back to project.
  • Ensure key onboarding deliverables are being completed.
  • Update status for PowerBI Reporting

Qualifications

  • 5 years Dmonstrated experience as Project Coordinator
  • Secret Security Clearance
  • Large Enterprise experience
