Executive Director of Service Delivery Lower Mainland, British Columbia
The Role

We are a well-established, medium-sized company, providing support services to health care providers in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia.
With a workforce of over 250 dedicated employees and mid eight-figure revenues, our organization is built on a solid foundation, ready for growth and expansion.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our company as the Executive Director of Service Delivery. As a member of our Executive Leadership Team, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our operations, including fleet operations, control room operations, field operations, and staff training.
You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving financial targets, and ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement growth and operational plans to achieve revenue targets and manage costs effectively.
- Ensure we meet all contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Optimize operational performance to achieve productivity and efficiency objectives.
- Foster a strong client focus and ensure their satisfaction remains a top priority.
- Lead and mentor a team of talented staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Implement and maintain appropriate standards, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Work collaboratively with the Executive and Senior Leadership Team to achieve strategic goals.

The Person
- You have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior operational leadership role.
- You have a proven track record of establishing and scaling businesses in new territories.
- You possess a strong understanding of the healthcare logistics industry and its regulations.
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- You are a decisive and results-oriented leader who thrives under pressure.
