We are in search of a Client ServicesSpecialist. In this role youll join a dedicated team supportingorganizations in Energy & Materials Health & Resilience andWork & Prosperity.

Youll help amplify their impact byconnecting them with key resources like technology and talent.Collaborating with experts in technology investment and programdevelopment youll drive shared goals to empower organizationsleading positive change across industries and advancing a vision ofa betterworld.

Responsibilities :

PortfolioEngagement :

  • Fosterpositive trusting and collaborative relationships with portfolioleadership technology leads and venture teammembers.
  • Develop a comprehensive understandingof the venture industry sector region and overall operatingcontext.
  • Familiarize with the full range oftechnology and talent support offerings available to Foundationportfolio ventures and assist with deploying these offerings asneeded.
  • Facilitate communications withportfolio ventures to ensure regular milestone checkins and toscope out engagement opportunities.
  • Act as astrategic matchmaker connecting portfolio ventures with the mostsuitable support services to maximize value for both the ventureand the Company.
  • Document recommendations andoutcomes in partnership success plans leveraging the Companysinkind support.

Operational :

  • Support a portfoliofocused approach by updatingand maintaining partnership resources across internal systems (suchas PowerPoint CRM systems Excel Airtableetc.).
  • Collect and document feedback fromcompleted engagements to assess the success and impact oftechnology and talent supportprovided.
  • Identify insights and trends to sharewith the Foundation team and broader Company community enhancingactivities like impact measurement storytelling award nominationsand more.

Qualifications :

  • Priorexperience in supporting entrepreneurs social impact innovatorsventures or nonprofits.
  • Passionate aboutsustainability and social impact topics including climate changeand workforce development with relevantexperience.
  • A serviceoriented mindset committedto responsiveness and supporting portfolio needs to achieve desiredoutcomes.
  • A proactive eager team player with acontinuous learning and improvementoutlook.
  • Proficiency in data management toolssuch as Fluxx Airtable HubSpot and MicrosoftExcel .
