Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for external clients and internal departments.
- Oversee calendar management and scheduling for lawyers.
- Assist in preparing and filing legal documents.
- Prepare for meetings and record meeting minutes.
- Manage invoicing and expense reports related to legal services.
- Maintain database systems for case management.
- Perform data entry and additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a legal administrative role, legal assistant, or paralegal position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
