RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES :
- Regulated Bioanalysis : Independently perform Quantitative Analysis of Drug Molecules in Biological Matrices for Pharmacokinetic, Bioequivalence and Bioavailability Studies.
- Method Validation : Assist in Method Development and Validation of Lc / Ms / Ms Bioanalytical Methods for Protein Precipitation, Liquid-Liquid Extraction and Solid Phase Extraction.
Prepare, under supervision, Validation Sheets and Validation Plans.
- Data Processing : Have a basic understanding of integration parameters and know when and how to reinject samples or reintegrate sample chromatograms.
- Data Reporting : Ability to compile data.
- Instrumentation : Can Set Up and Start Routine Analyses Independently, Including Familiarity With Basic HPLC and MS Troubleshooting Procedures.
Use the Hamilton Robot for simple studies such as Two-Way Cross Design or Preclinical Analysis.
Training : Complete all specified training modules for Sample Extraction and Cleaning; Optimization of Liquid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Conditions;
Data Review and Report Writing.
Document Preparation : Review and Update Biolab Sop and Forms Assignments.
This position includes, but is not limited to, the above responsibilities. The incumbent may perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES :
- Demonstrates proficiency in the use of required computer systems and laboratory instruments.
- Demonstrates understanding of laboratory documentation requirements.
- Minimum 2 years experience in regulated bioanalysis or other relevant experience.
- Minimum B.A. / B.S. degree in chemistry or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
