Robert Half currently has a three-month contract to hire opportunity in the Coquitlam area for a highly-skilled and motivated Human Resources Assistant.
The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team with onboarding, background checks, and sourcing for new hires.

- Onboarding new hires
- Maintain employee database records
- Perform background checks
- Source for new hires
Job Requirements :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
- Approachable and appropriate demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
- Advanced in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Foundational knowledge in Prescreening
- Deep understanding of Administrative Assistance
- Onboarding experience required
- Data entry experience desired
