Intermediate Business Analyst - Job Description
- The Business Analyst I is responsible for managing data files, conducting reconciliations, and other business analysis activities in consultation with business-facing partners and stakeholders to enable informed, evidence-based, operational and strategic decisions
- Using MS Excel, and applications available, the Business Analyst will assess the requests from stakeholders through a consultative process and generate the required reports and files using data sources
- Configure and manage mobile devices using MDM software
- Enroll devices in the MDM platform
- Develop and implement MDM policies for security, compliance, and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device issues
- Provide technical support to end-users on mobile device usage and MDM features
- Maintain accurate records of mobile device inventory
- Stay up to date on the latest MDM technologies and mobile device trends
Intermediate Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions (e.g., VMWare Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, Citrix Endpoint Management)
- Strong understanding of mobile device operating systems (iOS, Android)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience providing technical support to end-users
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Intermediate Business Analyst- Preferred Skills
- Experience with mobile device security protocols
- Experience with mobile application management (MAM)
- Certifications in MDM solutions
