Intermediate Business Analyst to work on transforming manufacturing operations by continuous improvement initiatives.
Location : Markham % on site 5 days a week
This is a Permanent position.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure business requirements are translated into technical solutions that enhance efficiency and drive business growth.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Develop process maps and models to visualize and document business processes.
- Understand business practices and procedures to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes.
- Continuous improvement initiatives, where you will proactively identify opportunities to enhance ERP functionalities.
- Work with IT teams to design and propose technical solutions that meet business needs. Ensure solutions align with organizational goals and strategies.
- Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Create and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to ensure they deliver the expected benefits. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and systems.
Must Haves :
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst
- Visio, JIRA, Confluence
- BI Tableau OR Power BI
Nice to Have :
- ERP Any ERP system
- CBAP
- Experience working in a manufacturing industry.
