Responsibilities
The selected candidate will perform the following tasks :
- on site installation of structural steel and misc. metals
- perform pick up and deliveries of materials from supplier / customers
- perform SMAW and GMAW welding
- perform shop fabrication of materials
Qualifications
- CWB ticket is ideal
- extensive experience with SMAW and GMAW welding processes
- 3-5 years’ experience working with structural steel and misc. metals
- previous shop fabrication experience
- proven experience working with drills, saws, grinders, forklifts and aerial lifts
- ability to work in various job environments - interior and exterior
- great communication skills
- valid Ontario Drivers License
