Are you a seasoned Product Manager with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences?
We're seeking a talented individual to join our team in Toronto, ON, for a 4+ month contract position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Strategy : Define and execute the product vision, aligning it with the company's strategic goals.
- Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Customer Focus : Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Product Launch : Oversee product launches, including marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
- Performance Monitoring : Track product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Required Skills and Experience :
- 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- A passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving.
Additional Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the public sector.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
