We are looking for a product manager to be responsible for several key features in the mobile app, website, and other aspects of digital ordering.
We are seeking someone with a background in software with experience in requirements management, collaborating with design, engineering, and testing teams, and go-to-market (GTM) activities.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle. This means :
- Managing a product roadmap
- Writing product pitches
- Providing direction and aligning the team
- Identifying and managing risks
- Analyzing product metrics
As a manager, you can really bring people together. You bring clarity to complicated subjects. You are goal-oriented and set clear expectations.
You know when to run meetings and how to run them effectively. You are a great communicator and can summarize complex subjects so that they make sense.
When you deliver presentations, they are compelling and engaging.
Responsibilities :
- Defining a product roadmap by : Reviewing feature requestsValidating the opportunity and the costs, then creating a pitchPrioritizing features based on goals
- Capturing business and technical requirements as user stories and tasks with acceptance criteria
- Moderating discussions with design, development, and QA teams to generate solutions
- Running evaluative user tests to see how well the solution solves the problem
- Prioritizing and re-prioritizing user stories, tasks, and bugs throughout development
- Validating if the solution delivers against acceptance criteria
- Communicating with marketing, operations, legal, and other internal teams on delivery and operation of the solution
- Analyzing product metrics and setting out next steps
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- 1+ years working with product metrics (NPS, acquisition, engagement, conversion, etc.)
- 1+ years of evaluative user research (surveys, usability, A / B tests, etc.)
- Experience with SCRUM and Agile methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business area is strongly preferred
