They are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Investment Operations Associate to bolster their esteemed Client Services team located in Vancouver.
Roles & Responsibilities
1) Proactively communicate with institutional and retail clients and other stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive information about the funds.
- Participate in client onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with Know-Your-Client / Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
- Maintain accurate client databases and activity records.
2) Cultivate strong relationships and collaborate closely with global client service teams, operations units, and business entities.
Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.
3) Take ownership of critical responsibilities throughout the transaction cycle of the funds.
- Verify client transactions thoroughly.
- Validate sensitive client information.
4) Drive impactful projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and introducing innovative solutions.
Collaborate with the dedicated technology team to implement improvements.

- Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
- 1-3 years of professional experience, including internships or co-op placements, demonstrating success and progression.
- Preferred : Interest in the investment industry, enrollment in or completion of the CFA or CPA program (advantageous but not mandatory).
