Our client is hiring a passionate. energetic, and knowledgeable Coffee Inside Sales Representative to join their Milton team! Our client is a progressive, innovative and growing coffee distributor with showroom, providing the finest coffee equipment, espresso machines, and accessories, with a strong focus on quality, resulting in many raving fans!
This is a full-time position with significant growth opportunities within a positive company culture. Experience and / or knowledge in the specialty coffee space, particularly with machines, is required to be considered.
i.e. Espresso machine enthusiast)
Rate of Pay :
$20.00 per hour. There is significant long-term earnings potential for an exceptional candidate.
Hours of Work :
Monday to Friday : 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
Saturday : 11 : 00am - 4 : 00pm
Total Hours : 45 hours per week
Possible option for a 37 hour work week with 4 days during the week, but Saturday would be required.

Responsibilities
- Answering inbound sales related phone calls, emails or web-chat conversations.
- Providing exceptional customer service and follow-up with excellent phone or in-person mannerisms and professionalism.
- Greeting guests as they enter the store location / showroom and demonstrating the machines to prospective buyers.
- Handling in-store transactions, including cash and debit / credit.
- Assistance with other tasks, during busy times, as required.
Requirements
- A love for coffee and being a specialty coffee enthusiast is required.
- Have worked in the coffee industry or with coffee-related products in the past is an asset.
- You are a great communicator and enjoy being around people.
- You are looking to grow within a progressive organization with long-term career opportunities.
- You have experience handling cash and other transactions.
