We are looking for a full-time Sales Assistant / Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

Your Day to Day :
- Organize the inventory process using Google Sheets
- Coordinate with other departments (Service, Wash, Body Shop) while respecting deadlines
- Inspect the cars and record their condition in Google Sheets
- Keep inventory up to date in Google Sheets
- Move vehicles inside and outside the dealership
- Refuel vehicles
- Ensure the showroom and front line of the dealership comply with the manufacturer's standards
- Assist the sales team with various tasks such as retrieving vehicles and mats, washing cars as needed, and carrying out road trips
- Transport, load, and unload tires and manage the inventory
- Recharge the batteries of vehicles in the showroom
- Ensure that the customer parking is kept clear of any obstacles
- Assist the person responsible of merchandising as needed
- Move vehicles during snowy days and before major snowstorms to facilitate snow removal operations
- Clear snow from vehicles and ensure they are accessible
- Keep the MINI drive-thru area clear and ensure no tires are left in this area
