We are seeking a seasoned Communication Specialist with a strong background in organizational change management to join our dynamic team.

This individual will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies that support the adoption of eHealth services by front-line healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a keen understanding of change management principles, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

A proactive approach to problem-solving, a high degree of professionalism, and the capacity to work effectively under tight deadlines are essential for success in this role.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with project and operational teams to craft and implement communication plans that effectively convey the value and functionality of eHealth services, fostering program enrollment and facilitating smooth change management processes.
  • Create a variety of communication materials, including but not limited to, informational artifacts, digital content, communications plan, briefings, key messages, and persuasive narratives that resonate with targeted audience, such as internal stakeholders within the client’s organization or external stakeholders like healthcare professionals and encourage their active participation in our eHealth initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain an up-to-date stakeholder registry, ensuring all relevant parties are identified and appropriately engaged through tailored communication efforts.
  • Actively manage stakeholder relationships by coordinating engagement activities, gathering feedback, and adjusting communication strategies to align with stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Promptly address action items and responding to stakeholder inquiries and ad hoc communication requests, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders and maintaining the integrity of communication channels.
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations and other forms of communication content that inform stakeholders and leadership of service offerings, milestones achieved, and ongoing progress.
  • Work in concert with other communication professionals within the organization to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to all communication endeavors.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in communication roles with a focus on change management.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in creating and editing communication materials for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Healthcare experience is strongly desirable, but not mandatory
