TECHNICAL
Layout : Partner with client to get legal survey and site constraints properly mapped. Collaborate with Borea internal pv engineers to develop initial layout iterations.
Proceed with external EOR to get to 100% locked layout
- Civil : Partner with external EOR after locked layout to design the Access Roads, Grading Plan, SWMP to IFC.
- Procure the fence.
- Piles : Partner with external EOR to design Pre-Construction Testing Program, 90% pile design and IFP spec and procure initial order of array piles.
- Racking : Conduct RFP with tracker manufacturers. Procure the tracker system after locked layout and partner with Borea legal to issue contract award.
- Electrical PV Plant : Coordinate and follow up with Borea internal electrical engineers as they work with their EOR to design 100% DBM.
Get to 30% electrical design and studies with IFP specs and then follow up with Borea internal electrical engineers to ensure they procure the inverters, switches, combiner boxes, all cabling, pv harness, fiber, CAB, weather stations.
Electrical Substation : Coordinate and follow up with Borea internal electrical engineers as they work with their EOR to get 30% design.
IFP specs. follow up with Borea internal electrical engineers to ensure they order all long leads such as MPT, HV Breaker, P&C building, SST, structural steel, 34.
5kv equipment, 138kv equipment, MV breaker, surge arrestor, revenue meter, SCADA. Then take the design all the way to IFC.
- Substation : Civil and Foundation Get IFC / IFP design from EOR. Procure pile foundation
