We are currently seeking thought leaders in the Workday Student Financials space to deliver superior results to our clients.
Senior Principal Consultants at this level will be expected to :
Responsibilities :
Be a Workday product expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing and implementation.
Reinforces company policies and procedures to others.
Drives and makes decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstreams.
Identifies dependencies and supports interplay between different workstreams within a project.
Leads, mentors, and oversees the work of other Consultants within their projects.
Guide the client through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client’s unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday Student solution.
Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team and your Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project.
Willingness to take a leadership position on a project, or as a Cognizant or Workday product Partner Lead and / or Delivery Assurance Reviewer.
Display your hands-on expertise of the software, including iLoading client data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
Utilize your technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates via iLoads.
Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providing support for shadow assignments.
Actively participate in update training and internal opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization.

Skills & Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Subject Matter Expertise in Student Financials, ideally in a lead role on a Workday Student project
Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements
Report writing experience highly desired
Workday Student certification is required unless the individual has experience with the Workday Student financials module
Project leadership in support of overall direction and delivery of functional solutions
Passion for exceptional customer service
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Minimal travel required, but must be willing to travel on-site if needed
