Your mission would be :
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of project implementation, from initial request intake to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal processes.
- Provide technical expertise in pathways and spaces, including the review and clarification of drawings and specifications, and the development of accurate scopes and estimates.
- Oversee and manage contractors to ensure the timely completion of approved projects, adhering to client-imposed schedules and deadlines.
- Manage material purchasing and arrival in a just-in-time environment.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth execution.
- Work closely with internal network teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve construction issues, discrepancies in requirements, and scope changes.
- Manage client expectations through regular updates, meetings, and reports on project progress, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Manage invoicing and revenue recognition, ensuring that all costs align with the budget and project scope.
