In this pivotal role, you will support project teams throughout the entire administrative lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations from accounting cycles to thorough project documentation.
Your Responsibilities : - Oversee the accounting cycle for various construction projects.- Generate invoices and monitoring project budgets.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to manage contract-based invoicing.- Prepare detailed billing files and handling contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Coordinate project monitoring, including subcontractor agreements and contracts.- Assist with a range of administrative tasks to streamline project operations.
Qualifications : - A degree in accounting is required.- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry is essential.
