Ourclient is seeking a detailoriented and experienced Office Managerto oversee the daily operations of a dynamic medical facility.

This role is essential for ensuring the facility runssmoothly managing resources effectively and supporting the team tomaintain optimalefficiency.

Annual Salary : Earn up to $70.000 depending onqualifications.

Responsibilities :
Oversee the clinics daytoday operations across 20 treatment roomsproactively identifying areas for improvement and implementinginnovative solutions.
Manage allaspects of the electronic medical record (EMR) system includingprogramming and customizing forms updating services troubleshootingtechnical issues and ensuring compliance with healthcareregulations.
Lead the procurementprocess to ensure timely acquisition and adequate stock levels ofmedical supplies and equipment.
Manage clinic finances including bill payment supplier relationsand contributing to budgeting and financialreporting.
Ensure exceptionalpatient care by overseeing customer satisfactioninitiatives.
Formulate update andenforce clinic policies and procedures to maintain high standardsof operation.
Work independentlymanaging projects and operations with minimal supervision toachieve highqualityresults.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Bachelor s Degree in Business or a relatedfield.
Strong accountingknowledge and experience in financialreporting.
Proficiency incomputer applications including Microsoft OfficeSuite.
Excellent organizationaland multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills in English with a strong conversationalknowledge of French enabling effective communication with bothEnglishspeaking and Frenchspeakingclients.
Proven ability tonegotiate effectively withvendors.
Experience in inventorymanagement and ordering supplies.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in afastpacedenvironment.
