The Team

The Endpoint Security Engineering team is a fast paced diverse team that is driven to protect the bank.

The role :

The Senior Manager Endpoint Security Engineering & Deployment (ESED) is responsible for all work activities related to the support and maintenance of the endpoint tools globally.

This would include directly leading a team, performing performance appraisals and planning / managing team workloads. Communicating team activities and reporting status to various teams for governance and compliance.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will :

  • Lead a team of dedicated security professional in their daily activities, daily huddles and staff workloads.
  • Meet with vendors in an effort to evolve and continually improve the Banks protection programs.
  • Deliver best in class support for all endpoint technologies.
  • Provide metric and reporting to the leadership steams.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

  • The incumbent is expected to possess a college or university degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems / Security or technical equivalent.
  • The incumbent must have related work experience (10+ years), and to keep current with relevant technological change and information security best practices.
  • The incumbent must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

He / she is expected to exercise operational capabilities, security risk avoidance capabilities and have an awareness of associated business risks.

  • Experience with the following systems is expected :
  • Technology expertise in Anti-Malware, System Engineering, EDR / XDR, DLP, large environment deployments 100,000+.
  • Unix / Solaris / Linux / RedHat / Windows / MacOS / Chrome
  • A familiarity of, and experience with, industry leading source code management and release management tools, as well as Information Security-specific certifications and accreditations are beneficial but not required.
