Position : Regional Sales Manager

Location : Canada

Your daily life

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for all sales representation activities in the assigned territory ensuring a continued growth of our markets.

In particular, he / she will :

  • Develop the annual sales plan, objectives and forecasts aligned with the overall sales plan.
  • Develop a network of independent representatives to support sales growth.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and cultivate new entrepreneurial clients.
  • Promote our products to engineers on new projects.
  • Create and execute customized marketing plans for key clients in the territory.
  • Participate in trade shows and associative events.
  • Support cost calculations with internal team.
  • Act as a resource person for internal technical team.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, in commence or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position combined with a solid track record.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to develop clients and identify strategies and opportunities.
  • Computer skills, CRM and other software.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Bilingualism not required English required.

Working conditions

  • Home office and road travel (50-60%)
  • Territory covered : Canada
  • Passport and driver's license required.
