Your daily life
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for all sales representation activities in the assigned territory ensuring a continued growth of our markets.
In particular, he / she will :
- Develop the annual sales plan, objectives and forecasts aligned with the overall sales plan.
- Develop a network of independent representatives to support sales growth.
- Identify potential business opportunities and cultivate new entrepreneurial clients.
- Promote our products to engineers on new projects.
- Create and execute customized marketing plans for key clients in the territory.
- Participate in trade shows and associative events.
- Support cost calculations with internal team.
- Act as a resource person for internal technical team.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, in commence or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position combined with a solid track record.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to develop clients and identify strategies and opportunities.
- Computer skills, CRM and other software.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
- Bilingualism not required English required.
Working conditions
- Home office and road travel (50-60%)
- Territory covered : Canada
- Passport and driver's license required.
