Domusis seeking a talented Office Manager for theiroffice located in Ottawa Ontario. The successful candidate will beresponsible for maintaining the daytoday operations of theoffice.

DutiesandResponsibilities :

  • Respondto telephone inquiries and greet visitors atreception
  • Maintainingoffice supplies and arranging for servicing of officeequipment
  • Processvouchers for payment entering invoices in the accounting systemmatching invoices with purchase ordersetc.
  • Managemail and courierservices
  • Actas the first point of contact for IT inquiries providing assistanceor directing themappropriately
  • Assistwith managing inventory control of uniforms and warehousesupplies
  • Keepaccurate records of equipment additions andrepairs
  • Generateand distribute memos and communications in English andFrench.
  • Translationof policy related documents asrequired.
  • Coordinationand planning of teamevents
  • Performother duties asassigned

RequiredSkills / Abilities :

  • Beeligible for a Reliability SecurityClearance
  • Havegood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel WordOutlook)
  • Beable to work under pressure and meetdeadlines
  • Effectiveattention to detail and a high degree ofaccuracy
  • Highlevel of integrity confidentially andaccountability

  • Experiencein accounts payable / accounts receivable and understanding ofgeneral bookkeeping an asset but notrequired

WorkingConditions :

Thisrole requires work onsite at the company Head Office in OttawaOntario (Free parking is available). This position generally worksMonday to Friday 8 : 30am to 4 : 30pm Easterntime.
