Job Description
Technology Services (TS) is responsible for delivering all enterprise infrastructure, applications, and related end user technology services across all Brookfield business groups, comprised of approximately 6,500 users globally.
The Manager, Microsoft Exchange and O365 Administration will be responsible for improving, supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Exchange and O365 platform.
You will own the management, administration, and optimization of the platform.

Job Summary :
The Manager, Exchange and O365 Administration is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the organization's Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 environments.
This includes ensuring the availability, performance, and security of the email and collaboration systems, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to junior administrators.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and manage the organization's Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 environments.
Monitor and manage the performance, availability, and security of the Exchange and Office 365 environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the Exchange and Office 365 systems.
Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the Exchange and Office 365 environments.
Manage the relationship with the Managed Service Provider, ensuring that service level agreements are met and that the provider is delivering high-quality services.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior administrators.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the use and management of the Exchange and Office 365 environments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and related technologies.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 environments.
Experience in managing relationships with managed service providers.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and related technologies.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven experience in providing technical leadership and guidance to junior administrators.
Note : Night and Weekend work may be required.
Salary Range : $120k - $130K
Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive.
