Highlights! :
- Influence high-level management decisions to ensure strategic competitiveness in policies, procedures, programs, and best practices.
- Oversee personnel management, including wage increases, promotions, disciplinary actions, health and safety, facilities, business administration, and the car lease program.
- Collaborate with the Korean head office on global HR initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with international standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead HR and administrative functions
- Oversee personnel management and recruitment
- Drive organizational change initiatives

- Oversee a team of (3) professionals
Qualifications :
- Degree in HR management or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong experience in logistics or distribution preferred
- CHRL designation an asset
- Strong project management mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with international offices
- Experience with expats is considered a benefit
- Experience in European and Asian HR markets is viewed as an asset.
- Strong culture champion mindset
- Ability to drive change in a distribution and logistics environment
- Strong communication skills are a must
Compensation & Benefits :
- Competitive base salary ( 120- 140k annually ) with bonus potential ( up to 10%)
- Benefits, vacation time (3 weeks) and RRSP matching
- Hybrid work model with some flexibility ( 4x a week in office)
